Porsche Panamera base prices start at around 85k, depending on the package and options. It can go up to around 200k for one of the models in 2018.

Porsche Panamera values have dropped slightly, but not too much. Porsche Panamera's resale values only went down 1% from 2016 to 2017, considered a very good year for luxury cars in general. The biggest drop was seen between 2015 and 2016, when prices dropped by about 2%, with another small drop in 2014 compared to 2013. However, the value retention is currently at a 5 out of 5 on Kelley Blue Book's 2018 Ratings, so shortly, there's no concern for depreciation.

Porsche Panamera's resale values are currently stable, with only very small changes seen over the years. The biggest drop was between 2016 and 2017, while 2018 has already started strong with an increase of 1%. Residual values have gone up slightly over the last four years, showing improvements in performance and efficiency.

Porsche Panamera 2017 vs. 2018:

The price difference between the 2017 and 2018 Porsche Panamera starts at $1,000 for the base model with no available upgrades. All models received some extra standard equipment for both 2017 and 2018 models. However, prices do not change much because these features are very affordable. Anyway, if you like upgrading your Porsche Panamera yourself, buying used can be a great bargain because you can save up to 50% off a brand-new car.

Porsche Panamera 2018 specs:

It comes with a 4.0L V8 engine that generates 550 horsepower and 567 lb-ft of torque. The base model 2017 Porsche Panamera features a smaller 3.6 liter V6 that produces 440 horsepower but 500 lb-ft of torque which is 30 more than the 2018's top trim level.

This change in power is noticeable when driving and when you are pressing on the gas pedal. Even though turbochargers aren't considered good for the environment, they offer an incredible amount of power while still maintaining fuel efficiency at 22 mpg city/28 highway/25 combined. The 4S can go from 0 to 60 in just 3.8 seconds, while the Turbo can do it in just 3.1, but this is when you are using launch control.

The base model goes from 0 to 60 in 5.5 seconds, which isn't bad considering its size and weight, almost 5,000 lbs with the four-wheel-drive option.

Porsche Panamera 2018 design:

It has a unique interior that offers ample storage space if you opt for the hatchback version even though we think it looks better as a sporty sedan than a wagon, so we recommend going for the Sport Turismo 4S trim level or higher if you plan on buying used because these trims offer great value for your money. Porsche's have a very distinctive design, so you know it's a luxury car the moment you see it, and if you opt for a used model, then these cars will still look brand-new after 5 years of use, so you won't have any problems with the exterior or interior because they hold their value well.

The 2018 Porsche Panamera comes with 2 USB ports as standard, another improvement from last year. It also has Apple CarPlay as an option, but this is not part of the base price.

Electronic stability control (ESC) is also included to help the car maintain its grip on the road and prevent skidding.

Styling:

The Panamera has a sleek, minimalistic design with exterior lines and curves that flow seamlessly from one body panel to another. It has a long hood and a short rear deck, which makes for an aerodynamic shape. The front end features Porsche's signature design element, the horseshoe-shaped grille, while the back end features four round tail lights similar to those found on other Porsche models.

Other notable styling touches are the sporty wheels and large brake calipers in red for aesthetic flair and enhanced stopping power. Interior: The interior of the Panamera is equally luxurious and well-appointed, with features such as a 9-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth capability, an audio jack for connecting your smartphone or other media player, USB ports for charging devices or playing music from flash drives, and a 12-speaker surround-sound system to accompany you on all your journeys.
